Terms of service

Effective October 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of Mana Vault at app.manavault.cards and its ChatGPT and Codex plugin. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact Frioaj1@gmail.com with questions.

Your account

Provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.

Your content and permissions

You retain rights to the photos, notes, and other content you provide. You allow Mana Vault to store and process that content to operate the features you use, including card recognition, collection and deck management, reviews, and sharing you initiate. You must have the right to upload and share the content you provide. Do not use the service to violate others' rights, interfere with the service, or gain unauthorized access to another account.

Plugin actions

Connecting the plugin allows ChatGPT or Codex to call Mana Vault tools within the permissions you grant. Read tools can retrieve your vault data; write tools can change collection quantities and decks. Review requested changes before asking an AI assistant to perform them, and verify important results in the app. Disconnect the plugin if you no longer want that access.

Card data, AI, and third parties

Card identification, prices, AI reviews, and trade estimates can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Check card names, printings, prices, and deck legality independently before relying on them. Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast; Mana Vault is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast. Third-party services, including OpenAI, Scryfall, OpenRouter, and Stripe, may have their own terms when you use their features.

Plans and availability

Some features may require a paid plan. The app displays the price and billing terms before checkout, which Stripe processes. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or restrict access to protect the service or respond to misuse. We will update these terms when materially changed.

Warranty and responsibility

The service is provided as available without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mana Vault is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
