What to include

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and whether you were using the Mana Vault app, ChatGPT, or Codex. A screenshot can help. Please do not send your password, API keys, or full payment card details.

Account and privacy requests

Use the same email address to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data. Include the email address on your Mana Vault account so we can verify the request.

Plugin connection

If account linking fails, confirm that you can sign in at app.manavault.cards, then reconnect Mana Vault in ChatGPT or Codex. Include the error message when contacting support.
